Getting your artwork to us

Use one of the methods below to get your artwork to KidsAreStars.com

1.  Upload your digital images online on the order webpage.
If you have digital images on your computer (scanned images) you can upload the images from the order page at the time you place your order.  Order Page instructions and guidelines are on the "Order" webpage to guide you through the steps of ordering online.

2.  Attach your digital images in an email.
If you have any difficulty uploading your images on the order site, you may send an email to the production department and attach your images in the email:  tech@kidsarestars.com  Please identify yourself in the email, and indicate if you are ordering and making payment online, or if you are mail ordering.  You may use up to 4 images per order. 

3.  Postal mail your images to us
If you have hard copies only of your artwork and therefore are unable to upload digital images to use, you may send your images via postal mail (or any other shipping method).  We urge you to use a non-bendable mailing envelope, and use a shipping method that will allow you to track your package.  Enclose either a completed mail order form with your artwork, or if you are ordering online, please enclose a printed copy of your online order with your artwork.  Original artwork will be returned to you with your order.

Guidelines for Original Artwork Mailed to Us
          Here are some brief, simple guidelines if you wish to create and send original artwork created by yourself or children in your family or your group:
        1.  The material you use can be as simple as 8-1/2 x 11 white printer paper.
        2.  While crayons are good to use and readily available, felt colored markers work best in reproduction.  We do not recommend colored pencils, chalk or pastels.
        3.  If you are sending several original art pieces by different children or adults, please turn the page over and write the individual's full name, with any other information (age, class, group name, etc. for the back of the card) on the back in the upper left hand corner in pencil.
        4.  If your organization will be offering stationery, we suggest that you send artwork oriented in the "portrait" position (vertically).  Stationery is traditionally oriented vertically, so artwork in this position translates best as stationery.
          When you place your order online, just let us know via email or in the "Special Instructions" box at checkout that you will be sending artwork to us.  We'll acknowledge your email and watch for your artwork to arrive.

Placing Your Order

To Order by Mail
          To place your order by mail, please print out the mail order form, and enclose a check or money order for your total.  If you would like to pay by credit card, you may do so by checking the appropriate box on the order form.  We will send you an invoice by email to be paid securely online through PayPal.  (Note:  We must receive payment prior to processing your order.  Personal/Business checks allow 10 days for processing.)
          To place orders to be shipped to different addresses, please complete the recipient information provided on Page 2 of the mail order form.
          A shipping amount of $8 per order address will be computed in your order total.

If you are shipping orders to multiple addresses,
please print and complete an order form for each address.
 

To Order Online
          To place an online order, please Click Here.  Select your school or organization listed on this page.  You will then be allowed to select the items you wish to purchase and pay for them securely online.
          On the ordering page, you will have the opportunity to upload digital images of the artwork you wish printed on the products you purchase.  If you do not wish to upload your images, if you have problems with the upload process, or if the artwork is not scanned and you have only a hard copy available, you may attach your digital images to an email and send to us:  tech@kidsarestars.com, or you may postal mail your artwork to us (see guidelines above).  Please include as much information as possible with your email or you mailed packet (Your name, your child's name, the school or organization you are supporting, your contact information, etc.)
          To place orders to be shipped to other addresses, please place the orders individually to each new address.  Shipping for each address will be added during the checkout process.

If you are shipping orders to multiple addresses,
please place an online order for each address.
