Welcome! Let's begin accomplishing your Fundraising Goals!
• Review the Fundraiser Methods Available Below
• Request More Information Here Would you like us to send Card Samples and an Information Pack for your review or to present to your committee... prior to committing to an order or art session with your group? If so, contact us by phone: 970-319-0179, or complete the online request form. We'll send out the samples you need along with information about the products available featuring the artwork of your group. Review and Print a Presentation Letter that will introduce us to your group. This letter will introduce us and provide a potential earnings scenario that will assist you in sharing the KidsAreStars.com Fundraiser program with your fundraising committee. View and download the Fundraiser Handbook here.
Step 1: Conduct an Art Session Take an opportunity with your members to create artwork for your greeting cards. When artwork is completed, answer some questions about who you are, what cards and stationery you would like to offer, and send the artwork to us. (Full instructions are available in the Fundraiser Kit.)
Step 2: Conduct
a Sales Campaign We provide you the option of conducting a person-to-person sales campaign, or the opportunity for family and friends to order online. Choose one or both methods to conduct your sales campaign. In a person-to-person campaign, just give the prototype Sales Card, along with your group's Customized Order Form envelope, to each child and let the card do the selling for you. And then, take advantage of online ordering which we will set up for your group from the KidsAreStars.com online ordering website. Your ordering page will contain the items your group will be offering and a miniature art gallery featuring the artwork and name of each child in your group. What's so fantastic about online ordering is that sales can continue year round, year after year, and you'll earn profits from each sale. Every year you can announce your fundraiser and provide the fundraising link to continue generating revenue.
Step 3: After
Your Sales Campaign, If you conduct a person-to-person campaign, simply gather the Order Form envelopes together and send us your order. We'll publish your cards and stationery in a collection that will endear parents, friends and loved ones for years to come. It's THAT SIMPLE. Our work is Guaranteed. You'll receive exact examples of what the member's cards will look like as a Sales Aid, and a thumbnail gallery of each member's artwork in the Sales Card (space allowing). And it costs you and your group nothing to begin your campaign. In addition to this, we reward you and your group for the extra effort we understand it takes to run a successful fundraising campaign. For those groups who accomplish a 100% Participation Sales Goal, we'll donate BACK TO YOU another $1 for each box of cards sold! It's our way of congratulating you on the work we know it takes to get every member the benefit of seeing their artwork professionally printed in Greeting Cards & Stationery.

provide a description of all 3 fundraiser steps, provide a description of
the items we offer, and describe in detail all 4 fundraiser methods.
4 Fundraiser
Methods
Method 1:
We'll Produce Sample Sales Cards
With Fundraiser Method 1, we'll take your artwork and produce a set of prototype greeting cards with each child's artwork for you to use in your selling campaign. It's so you, your members, and the families of your members will be able to see exactly what the cards you'll be offering will look like and feel like. And the joy and pride the child feels when they see their own artwork on a greeting card is PRICELESS! The interior of the card can contain a miniature art gallery of the artwork submitted by your group (there are some space limitations), along with the pricing information about items that can be ordered from your group, based on the information you provide with your artwork.
We'll
also send you a Customized Order Form envelope for every member.
Method 2: This is a great, simple fundraiser method that works best when you are working within a narrow time-frame for your fundraiser.
For example, if you are
focusing on a 30-day fundraiser event, lots of time and effort is saved
with this method. Here's how this method works: Contact our office with your fundraiser details. We'll need to know the name of your school or organization and the number of participants. We'll help you construct a customized letter from you, along with artwork guidelines, to send home with your students or members. Your letter will contain the description of the fundraiser, deadlines, etc. We will then print this letter at our facility. We'll also print a customized order form on a collection envelope. We'll enclose your letter, the collection envelope, a blank piece of paper for student/member artwork, in a 9 x 12 envelope to send home with each child. All you do is distribute the prepared 9 x 12 envelopes to each member, and collect the orders and artwork to send to us.
(Note: We do not charge
for the first 50 packets to be sent home with students or members.
However, a small charge for each packet over 50 is necessary to offset our
expenses. This charge is refunded and prorated based on the number
of participating orders at the close of your fundraiser. Please
contact us if you have any questions.)
Method 3: Our third fundraiser method has to be the simplest in the industry!! What makes this fundraiser different is that it is almost entirely web-based. Parents, friends, and acquaintances are directed to a website to place orders. Your only requirement as fundraiser leader is to get the children's artwork to us and spread the word out about your fundraiser. And we'll help you do that too!
Send letters describing your fundraiser to the parents, relatives and friends of the members of your school or group. We'll help you custom-write your own group's letter. Send your letter home with the child or member, email your own membership lists, write an article in your group newsletter.... whatever it takes to get the word out about the fundraiser and encourage participation.
In the letter or article, you will be describing your fundraiser (greeting
cards, note cards and/or stationery featuring the artwork of their child).
You'll also be providing the website for complete details on card and
stationery ordering. Parents will be instructed in
how to get the artwork to you, how
to order, and how to reorder. Visit the website here:
www.OrderKidsCards.com
Method 4: This is a great successful fundraising method that will allow your fundraiser to continue for as long as your group wishes! It’s a simple method of selling individually packaged cards with envelopes featuring the artwork of your kids. This fundraiser method allows you to generate funds from sales by placing your group’s greeting cards in a variety of locations for individual sale, in addition to traditional sales to parents, friends and acquaintances of children.
Cards featuring your kids’ artwork (in both our KidsAreStars.com sizes) are combined with an envelope and packaged in cellophane to be sold individually to benefit your school or organization.
The cards can be made
available at all school functions, events and sporting venues. They can
be available for purchase at meetings, functions, open houses…. Virtually anywhere
there’s a gathering, a box of cards can be made available for sale with
proceeds to benefit your organization or school. The 5.5" x 4.25" individually packaged Greeting & Note Cards (with envelope) will cost your group only $1, and suggested retail is $2.
That's It! That's all you need to get started with a KidsAreStars.com Fundraiser! We look forward to working with you as we support you in building a huge and successful fundraiser campaign with KidsAreStars.com! Do You Have Questions?
