What You and Your Group
Will Be Offering
We at KidsAreStars.com focus exclusively on professionally printed
greeting cards and stationery. Today's technology allows us to
professionally print each order while customizing each design to include an amazing amount of individual
information. We'll be providing the child's name, your school or
group name, the year, and even text about your organization and where the
funds from your efforts will go. In reality, we can print any
text you wish on your choice of product.
This page focuses exclusively on the product.
Below is a copied portion from our Fundraiser Handbook describing the
products available, pricing, and quantities in standard boxes of cards and
stationery.
We
Offer 3 Different Custom-Printed Products
Offer 1 or More Products Featuring the Artwork
of the Members of Your Group

1. Note Cards
We are able to produce each
member's artwork on 2 sizes of Note Cards. We provide both a
5-1/2" x 4-1/4" card, and a 7" x 5" note card (shown right).
Both sizes are boxed with envelopes. All cards are blank
inside.

2. Stationery
This is a great product that you
can offer along with the Note Cards described above. We take
the same images your group provides for the Note Cards, and produce
them in a 'water mark' style on stationery measure 5-1/2" x 8-1/2"
(seen at right). Stationery is also boxed accompanied by an
equal number of envelopes.
(Note: We strongly urge you to contact us prior to
beginning your art session with your group for advice regarding
artwork if you are considering offering stationery.)

3. All-Occasion and Holiday
Greeting Cards These
cards are popular because they contain either a seasonal
illustration or a message on the front, and are used as practical
and touching messages throughout the holiday season as well as
throughout the year. We combine within this group Christmas
and Holiday Greeting Cards. All-Occasion and Holiday Greeting
Cards are also printed in two sizes: 5-1/2" x 4-1/4" card, and
a 7" x 5" card (shown right). Both sizes are boxed with
envelopes. Interior messages are recommended, though optional.
You and your group are free to write your own interior messages!
"Thank You," "Thinking of You," "Get Well," and "Happy Holidays" are
just a few of the interior messages suggested for your cards. |

Pricing
Pricing is Divided into 2 Categories:

Fixed-Priced Boxes
(Based on the same number of cards
and stationery in a box), and
●
Variably-Priced Boxes
(Based on the number of members
of your group)

Fixed-Priced Items:
Individual Member Note Cards & Stationery
This category is by far the most popular because of the simplicity of
offering these products at a fixed price. These boxed note cards and
stationery
will contain only the design or designs of the student selling the cards.
This
box will contain
a fixed number of cards and stationery pages.
This option is
extremely popular
with
parents, relatives and friends of the
child.
Fixed-Price Individual Member 5.5” x 4.25” Card Sets:
· Box
contains 20 cards and envelopes, each card containing the member’s
artwork.
· Suggested
Sale Price: $20
· Cost
to the Group: $12 (Remember: Your group will make an additional $1 per
box
when your group reaches the 100% Participation sales goal.)
Fixed-Price Individual Member Stationery:
· Box
of 20 sheets of stationery and envelopes, each sheet containing a ’water
mark’
style of the individual member’s artwork.
· Suggested
Sale Price: $20
· Cost
to the Group: $12 (Remember: Earn an additional $1 per box when your
group
reaches a 100% Participation.)
Fixed-Price Individual 7” x 5” Cards:
· Box
contains 12 cards and envelopes, each card containing the member’s
artwork.
· Suggested
Sale Price: $20
· Cost
to the Group: $12 (Don’t forget the extra $1 per box available to your
group
when everyone sells at least 1 box.)

Variably-Priced Items:
Group
Note Cards, Stationery & All-Occasion Cards
The Group Set consists of
cards and stationery representing
each
member
of the class or group.
The
number of cards in the box will total the
number
of students or members of your class or group, and contain a matching
number
of envelopes. Costs of these boxes are determined by the chart listed in
the
Fundraiser Handbook (please see
Start HERE!
to view and print the handbook),
and
will be identified on your Prototype Sales Card with the prices you
determine.
While
determining the costs of the Group Boxed Items requires a couple of
extra steps,
it’s well worth the effort to offer a set of cards and stationery
featuring the entire
group!
